By placing an order with Pendragonal, you agree to the following terms.

Products

The Knight Seal is a handcrafted luxury product. As each piece is made to order, minor natural variations in leather grain and finish are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects.

Series I is a limited production of 200 units. All sales are subject to availability.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Pendragonal reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Pendragonal does not offer discounts, promotional pricing, or price adjustments after purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Pendragonal name, logo, imagery, and copy, is the exclusive property of Pendragonal. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Pendragonal's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada.
