Each Knight Seal is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks of production time before your order is shipped.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, with the following exceptions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Crimea.
Duties and Taxes
Canadian customers: applicable taxes are calculated and charged at checkout.
International customers: you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applicable in your country. These charges are not included in the product price and are not covered by Pendragonal.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada to UK: 7 to 14 business days
- Canada to Japan: 10 to 16 business days
- Other destinations: varies by region and carrier
