At Pendragonal, every Knight Seal is crafted to last a lifetime. We stand behind our work completely.
Returns
We offer a 30-day customer satisfaction return policy, worldwide. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, including the linen bag and honeycomb wrap
- Accompanied by your original receipt or proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If a product is returned in damaged or used condition, Pendragonal reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to cover loss of value.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 15 business days.
To initiate a return, contact us at pendragonalatelier@protonmail.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Every Knight Seal comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in workmanship and malfunctions under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abusive use, normal wear and tear, or counterfeit products.
To make a warranty claim, email us at pendragonalatelier@protonmail.com with the following:
- A copy of your certificate of authenticity
- A copy of your original receipt
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. If the product cannot be repaired, Pendragonal will replace it with a new unit bearing the same identifying mark plus the suffix PR (Product Replace).
